You may configure the Approval process on all the sheets in Ragic. When an approval flow starts, the system will automatically send e-mails to the approvers. They can approve or reject the process in the Ragic database, e-mail, or mobile app. Besides, you can set up rules for the approval flow. For example, submitting to general manager only when the order amount due is larger than $50000.

We also support Adding Multiple Approvers in the same step or Setting a Threshold for Approval.
