Why does not the data count on the upper right corner of the listing page always show the total numbers of the records?

On the listing page, if no Filtering Entries conditions are applied, the total number of records is displayed directly.

However, the system does not calculate and display the total number of records every time filter conditions are applied to the sheet. If the number of records falls within the single-page range, the system can calculate and display the filtered results directly. But if the data volume exceeds the number of records per page, the system will not perform this calculation automatically.

In such cases, you need to manually trigger the calculation to view the total number of records on the listing page:

1. Calculate the total number of records for the entire sheet:

Click on the position showing the number of records and select Get Record Count.

2. Calculate for a specific field:

After filtering the form, click on the arrow next to the field header Total & Summary to display the total count of the filtered data.
